Questions
Do I pay for failed solves?
No. If a solve fails or times out, the reserved amount is released instantly. You only pay for successful solves.
Do credits expire?
Never. Your balance stays until you use it.
How do discount levels work?
Every euro you top up counts toward your lifetime level (€100 → −20%, €250 → −30%, €500 → −40%, €1,000 → −50%, €2,500 → −55%, €5,000 → −60%). A top-up that crosses a level already gets the new bonus, and every top-up after it does too — even small ones.
Can I limit how much a key spends?
Yes. Each key can have a daily, monthly or total € limit (windows reset at 00:00 UTC). When it’s reached, only that key pauses.
Which payment methods?
Card top-ups by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe. New accounts also get a free trial credit.
Do I need my own proxies?
Yes — bring your own proxy and HTTP client. Cookies are bound to the IP that solved them, so pass the proxy you will send your requests through. We return the cookies.
